"I use this soap in our bath and shower. Naturally fragranced, I complete peace of mind when using this product as it doesn’t contain 1,4 dioxane, formaldehyde type preservatives, Methylisothiazolinone and/or parabens. These chemicals are normally found in other body washes and soaps. SLS is a chemical surfactant that creates thick lathering that we are all 'addicted' to and makes us think that we are clean! Natural surfactants such as decyl glucoside, sucrose cocoate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, and sodium lauroamphoacetate may not foam like a conventional product, but I can get used to this! Methylisothiazolinone and parabens are often added to conventional body washes and soaps to extend shelf life. Products containing these should be avoided because they are carcinogenic and cause endocrine disruption. This body wash has been preserved (and fragrance) with natural essential oils and denatured, fermented potato alcohol".
