Flaxseed oil is a rich source of fatty acids with alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid being the most abundant. ALA is a precursor to the longer and more unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to have numerous health benefits.
Each capsule contains the following active ingredients:
|Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)||520mg|
Inactive ingredients: Carnauba wax, potato starch, sorbitol, eucheuma seaweed, mono- and diglycerines of fatty acids.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Take 1 capsule twice daily after meals.
Children under 12 years of age:
Take 1 capsule daily after meals.
