  2. Mix it up - doing only one type of exercise in the same venue or running the same route, will definitely result in you becoming bored!
  3. Set goals, enter competitions and involve a friend or family member. This helps you stay accountable.
  4. Wearable devices also help to keep you motivated.
  5. When you reach your fitness and weight goals, treat yourself with a new gym outfit or sports equipment! This will keep you committed and keen to 'test' run this new addition.
