Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that exists in eight different forms (isomers): alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherol; and alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocotrienol. The major function of vitamin E is that of a chain-breaking antioxidant that prevents the formation of free radicals. Each isomer has been shown to produce different benefits and should, therefore, be used in combination to produce maximum benefit.
Each capsule supplies 400 mg of all 8 forms of Vitamin E as active ingredients:

Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose and water.Sugar-free.

Adults and children over 9 years of age:
Take 1 capsule daily, with meals.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Safety during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding has not been established. Vitamin E should not be used during the first trimester of pregnancy.
