She believes in bio-individuality whereby “one person’s food is another person’s poison”. We are all different and should be treated that way. Christine guides clients on their own individual journey to health & wellness.
Health and wellness coaches are a fundamental part of the health industry in the USA, popping up in doctor’s offices, spas, gyms, schools and private practices all over the country. Very new to South Africa but a much needed service that will soon be on everyone’s lips.
A health coach, often offer services and fill gaps that doctors, nutritionists and dietitians don’t have the time or resources to fill. Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behaviour adjustments. To put it simply, health coaches like me are highly educated guides in the fields of nutrition, wellness and mentoring.
Health coaching focuses not only on the food you eat, but also on your lifestyle & attitude.
